Who offers Smustard

The program

Smustard is free, but it is not open source. You may download it and use it, for personal or professional work, free of charge. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell it, nor make derivative works of it, without written permission; nor decompile it, except where the law allows it.

To use the program you need an account registered at smustard.app and an internet connection to check it.

Your account

One account per person, with true details and a password of your own. Keep it safe: what is done with your account is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your models

What you model is yours. Smustard saves it on your computer: keep backups. The third-party software it includes follows its own licenses (see NOTICE in the program).

No warranty

Smustard is offered as it is, without warranty, and may change or stop being offered. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or work.

Law
