Who is responsible

What data we process

The name and email of your account. The password is kept by the account service, encrypted: we never see it. If you sign in with Google, the name and email of your Google account.

When you create the account and when you sign in, and the IP address and browser you sign in from (the account service keeps them for security). While you use it, Smustard checks your account every 10 minutes; your models are never sent: they stay on your computer.

This website sets no cookies: your session is kept in your browser's storage and in the program.

What for

To create and keep your account, to let you download and use Smustard, and to send you the account emails (confirming your email, changing your password). We do not sell or share your data and we do not send you advertising.

Legal basis

The performance of the terms of use you accept when you create the account (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

Who processes it for us

Supabase (the account service), Fly.io (this website), Brevo (the account emails) and Google, if you sign in with Google. Where any of them is outside the European Union, the transfer has the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long

While you have the account. When you delete it, we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data by writing to hola@tecomalabs.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
